E.L.F Tone Adjusting Face Primer Neutralizing Green 14Ml
This multipurpose primer preps your skin and fills in fine lines so makeup goes on evenly for a long lasting matte finish. Ingredients help neutralize redness from rosacea, blemishes and dry skin.
Suggested use
Apply to clean skin prior to makeup application. Use a small amount and blend evenly over the face for a smooth and flawless base. You may need to pump several times when first opened before product dispenses.
