How can I order ?
You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order number and summary to your email as well as on you provided phone number. Order summary will also be stored to your account as well.
Why should I buy online?
By ordering online you will you will get prices faster and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could be a huge time saver. At online we also provide Same day deliveries
What payment methods can I use?
Currently we support COD (Cash on Delivery) and Credit Card on delivery payment methods. Online payment methods are in the pipelines and shall be integrated soon.

But please be advised that
- For out-of-city orders Flat PKR 150 delivery/shipment will be charged only if product weight is within 5 KG. Above 5KG to 10KG charges are PKR500, 10KG to 20KG charges are PKR1000, 20KG to 30KG charges are PKR1500 & 30KG to 50KG shipment charges PKR2000 will be charged on COD.

How do I know if my product is eligible for an exchange and/or replacement?

How long do I have to initiate my request for a refund or replacement?
You can initiate your request for a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery. You must have proof of purchase and the condition of the product should not be opened or used.
What is Delivery on Date (Calendar)
You can choose from the calendar a date withing the next 4 days in which you require a delivery.
Are all products 100% original and authentic?
Yes! We source directly from authorized distributors and brands like The Ordinary, Huda Beauty, Nivea, etc. All items come with original packaging and batch codes. We offer 7-day returns for any authenticity issues.
How do I choose the right skincare/makeup for my skin type?
Check product details for "suitable for oily/dry/sensitive skin" tags. Use filters on category pages (e.g., Skin Type). Not sure? Email cs@choicemall.pk with your concerns—we reply within hours!
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping on orders above PKR 4000 all over Pakistan Otherwise, Standard delivery charges are 150.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) safe and available everywhere?
Yes, COD is safe and available nationwide. Pay only on delivery after inspecting the package. We partner with trusted couriers for secure handling.
What if the product doesn't suit my skin or shade doesn't match?
Eligible for exchange/replacement within 7 days if unopened/unused. See our Exchange & Return Policy for details.
How fresh are your products (expiry dates)?
We stock fresh inventory with at least 12-18 months shelf life on most items. Expiry dates are visible in photos/descriptions.
Can I track my order?
Yes—once shipped, you'll get a tracking number via SMS/email. Check status in your account or contact helpline.
Do you have halal-certified or cruelty-free products?
Many items (e.g., from The Ordinary, certain local brands) are halal/cruelty-free. Filter by tags or ask support for recommendations.
